While most of Kaizer Chiefs FC supporters want the management to appoint former Mamelodi Sundowns FC, Al Ahly, Al Wahda head coach Pitso Mosimane as Chiefs coach, bad news are pilling up.
Last week, Kaizer Chiefs FC founder and chairman Kaizer Motaung spoke to Radio 2000, and according to his statement, it can be analysed that Kaizer Chiefs FC is not planning to hire Mosimane as a head coach. Motaung said they are on internet, looking for coaches from overseas. This Motaung’s confirmation will leave Kaizer Chiefs FC fans heartbroken.
“The search for Kaizer Chiefs new coach is ongoing. Club chairman Kaizer Motaung says the plans to appoint a full-time coach at Kaizer Chiefs this season are ongoing and moving fast.
“It’s going to take a lot of work for us to get back to where we were, but it’s not going to be easy,” Motaung told GameON on Radio2000 .
“I’m sure we will be able to navigate the way through and bring back the glory. We want to get the right coach and that is currently ongoing as we speak.”
“I think we are at a stage where we are now, unlike before where we used to get information from in sources of overseas about coaches, the internet is there now, and we can get the information that can lead us to do the right things in the right way.” – Kaizer Motaung said.
Our analyser Senzo Sambo has said something regarding Chiefs coaching issues, here is what he said;
When i was busy campaigning for coach Pitso Mosimane/Nasredine Nabi to take over in Naturena its not because i believed they would win any trophy.
I had foresight i wanted those coaches to expose Kaizer Chiefs management.
Look its easier to attack a coach who has not won anything like Ntseki,Zwane and also its easy to attack a coach who had stayed 3years without winning a trophy Gavin Hunt,Stuart Baxter.
But it was not going to be easy for Kaizer Chiefs Supporters to attack proven winners like Nabi or Pitso reason being that they are recent winners of trophies.
It would expose the Management that the problem is not coaching but lack of quality player’s and also those coaches would definitely go in the press and expose them because they have nothing to lose.
We can fire Ntseki all we want Kaizer Chiefs will bring another average coach and he will also be attacked while the problem is the management.
And please note I’m not saying Ntseki is a good coach all I’m saying is that even if you fire Ntseki the new coach won’t miraculously make Hlanti, Chivaviro, Potsane, Mdantsane good players.
