Behaviour problems singled out as Sabelo Radebe’s lack of game time at Chiefs.
In 2021 Kaizer Chiefs decided to promote their Reserve team captain Sabelo Radebe who was on fire in that particular season.
The Kaizer Chiefs player had a promising future wuen he came up from the development ranks being tipped for success in the first team however things have not gone as planned.
When then coach Stuart Baxter took over Sabelo Radebe found game time hard to come as he spent almost the entire season on the sidelines finishing the 2021 to 2022 season with only 1 assist.
Fast forward to 2022 season Kaizer Chiefs continued making coaching changes in their technical team with Sabelo Radebe’s development coach Arthur Zwane taking over the reigns in Naturena from Coach Stuart Baxter.
Many expected Sabelo Radebe to commands a bit of game time under coach Arthur Zwane due to their history as they had worked together in the reserve team before but it has not been the case so far.
Sabelo Radebe has now been far of the pecking order with the likes of Mduduzi Shabalala,Wandile Duba being rated ahead of him and it has been revealed what has hampered the 23years old career.
An unnamed source who didn’t want to be revealed confirmed to SSnews Media that Sabelo Radebe developed an attitude and disrespect towards his technical team and he would come to training drunk which has led him getting suspended a number of times during thw season.
The source reveals that the Club has been trying everything in their power to keep this problems under wraps and he has been given the necessary support.
Sources reveal that Sabelo Radebe is depressed with his lack of game time and he thought thi season would be his breakthrough.

Sabelo Radebe, a talented player for Kaizer Chiefs, is reportedly leaving on loan in the Motsepe Foundation Championship, according to our sources.
Radebe has not been seeing much playing for the Amakhosi first team despite being one of the favorite players from the development team that coach Arthur Zwane brought in.
The midfielder hasn’t recently played much, however he normally sits on the bench.
Radebe was supposed to depart Chiefs during the transfer window in January, claims the insider.
Zwane and the team’s management thought it would be best for him to contend for a spot in the lineup, nevertheless.
“He is one of the top talents to come out from the development, but he is not ready to be a regular in the first team,” said a source
“They gave him a lot of time to fight for a position, but he is not winning. There is something that is missing in his game.
“He is not like Mduduzi (Tshabalala), that one is so confident and that’s what helps him. Sabelo is not, he is scared to play. That is why they (management) have decided to send him on loan.”
