Orlando Pirates striker Bienvenu Eva Nga is reportedly set to leave the club after he has failed to complete with the likes of Zakhele Lepasa and Evidence Makgopa.
Eva Nga impressed at Chippa United in the 2021/22 season, scoring 10 league goals, which led him to joining Pirates at the beginning of last season.
Eva nga’s contract is rumored to not be extended as the player failed to impress management of the Buccaneers
The 30-year-old has not featured for Pirates in a league match this season, but has once in the MTN8 and did in two matches in the CAF Champions League as coach Jose Riveiro was rotating his squad.
Overall Eva Nga has featured in just 11 games across all competitions since he joined Pirates, scoring once that goal came in the first game of last season against Moroka Swallows.
According to SoccerLaduma, In regards to a possible loan agreement from Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United head coach Gavin Hunt may rekindle his interest in former player Eva Nga.
Since his contract expires in June, he will play the remainder of the season on loan under his former coach Cavin Hunt. Some Orlando Pirates legends think Eva Nga will perform better under Hunt than Lepasa did.
Eva Nga previously stated that, even though Lepasa and Makgopa are performing well, the coach prefers them, so he doesn’t mind not playing.
Thus, Gavin Hunt and Bienvenu Eva Nga will now return to each other’s club, where they previously worked together at Bidvest Wits and Chippa United. It is now rumored that Nga will join Gavin Hunt’s SuperSport United.
