During this disappointing season for head coach Molefi Ntseki, it has been revealed that Kaizer Chiefs FC is still interviewing a coach from outside South Africa.
According to the latest reports, Polokwane City co-coach Lehlohonolo Seema from Lesotho is the one being interviewed by KC management. Seema won his yesterday’s game with three goals to zero against to Supersport United.
Chiefs started interviewing Seema after the current head coach Molefi Ntseki failing to go to the next round in Carling black label cup. He lost one goal to zero against Amazulu FC last weekend.
Here is what our analyser Senzo Sambo things about the current coaching in South Africa.
“He is not doing motivation but tactical analysis he emphasize that to break down a low block you need more of players who can dribble inside(inbetween the lines) also he talks about the pockets and the speed in which you need to move the ball in order to shift a compact or low block defense.
“These are the coaches we avoid to sign and we go for crossing merchants who think a low block can ben unlocked by crosses. Look at the pattern, Middendorp, Gavin Hunt, Stuart Baxter, Arthur Zwane, Molefi Ntseki.
“This is modern football if you can’t utilize pockets, half spaces, passing patterns, combinations play and final third combinations you are nothing. All the cross merchants the last time they won a trophy was probably before 2018 football is evolving.

“He is a genius and very intelligent he is modern in terms of his tactical dynamics. Pockets, half spaces, in between the lines, passing patterns, pausa, combination play, last third diagonals, diamond shape. Probably the second best coach after Rhulani Mokoena. If we don’t get Mnqithi then let’s go abroad.”
