Kaizer Chiefs FC goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune is set to get a contract extension according to reports, since his contract will expire at the end of the current season. This will increase more chances for another goalkeeper to leave Chiefs.
According to Soccer Laduma, goalkeeper Bontle Molefe set leave Amakhosi because of lacking game time. He was promoted to a senior team at the age of sixteen but he has not played even a single match in a senior level.
Molefe will turn 20 years in January, 2023. If he leaves Chiefs, he will not be the first goalkeeper from Chiefs development to leave Kaizer Chiefs FC. Brylon Lee Peterson was also released last months.
