In case you missed it, Kaizer Chiefs FC has just released one of their graduate products who was about to make a senior team debut because of his performances. Apart from that, some of Chiefs players have been suspended because of their behaviour that the management did not like.
Kaizer Chiefs FC full back, Puso Dithejane has just left Kaizer Chiefs FC after the management parting ways with him because of refusing to be the ball boy. He then few days later, joined TS Galaxy, and Galaxy paid Chiefs 1.5 million.
However, Donay Jansen, Lungile Nkosi(goalkeeper), Siyabonga Gumede and Ntandoyenkosi Nkosi remain suspended by Kaizer Chiefs. They also refused to be ball-boys at a Chiefs senior team match.
Puso Dithejane and Omega Mdaka were severely punished as their contracts were terminated and Chiefs slapped R1,5 million price tags on them as training and development compensation amount.
Dithejane has joined TS Galaxy who are in the process of paying the fee and Mdaka is planning his next move.
In other news, Kaizer Chiefs FC goalkeeper Brandon Petersen’s contract with his current elite club will come to an end when the current season ends next year, in June/July. There are some reasons that might cost Petersen to earn a contract.
Below we have compiled reasons why Petersen might not get a new contract, just like former and current Moroka Swallows FC number one goalkeeper, Daniel Akpeyi.
Kaizer Chiefs FC have been getting eliminated from different tournaments due to Petersen costly errors. Examples below;
1. This year, Chiefs lost in MTN 8, Petersen was a keeper. He made an a error in the early minutes.
2. Last year in Nedbank Cup, Chiefs lost, Petersen was a keeper. Orlando Pirates FC eliminated Chiefs, lot of fans said Petersen was ball watching.
3. Last year’s in Carling black label cup, Chiefs lost Petersen was a keeper.
4. Last year Chiefs got eliminated, in MTN 8, Petersen was a keeper.
In short, Brandon Petersen might not get a new co tract due to the mentioned reasons above.
