Chippa United considering signing Former Kaizer Chiefs star
Chippa United are looking at the potential signing of Daniel Akpeyi after the deadline day sale of Sipho Chaine to Orlando Pirates.
Akpeyi has been linked with several Top Flight clubs since his exit from Kaizer Chiefs and is currently training at Swallows adrer a move to Sekhukhune United failed to materialize.
According to Idiski Times earlier this week they secured the signing of former All Stars and Ts Galaxy stopper Masizakhe Myataza to add to the options of Lloyd Kazapya but Akpeyi could still be considered as one of the most reliable stoppers available on the market.
Having represented the Club between 2014 and 2019 The Chilli Boys are in the process of seeking a head coach to succeed Daine Klare as Morgan Mammila holds rhe role on an interim basis.
Daniel Akpeyi has been looking for a Club to join ever since Kaizer Chiefs released him.
