Former Supersport United and current Botswana national team and Kaizer Chiefs FC deffender Thatayaone Ditlhokwe has shared a comment regarding the mistakes that are being done individuals. Ditlhokwe says at Kaizer Chiefs FC, they do not point fingers at each other because they win or lose as a team.
He said they made a deal amongst each other that the are one thing for the sake of football an fans. He made it clear that football is a team spot, not individual sport. He said when they win, they celebrate as team.
He said the goalkeeper Brando Petersen who has been on mouths of Kaizer Chiefs FC fans, has been doing well, even though he made some errors. He says Petersen has been keeping the club in the game for the several times, and they are behind him as a club.
He even said they have forgotten what Petersen did(against TS Galaxy, where by he scored an own goal). Ditlhokwe said they forgot all negatives things on previous game and they took positives. He ended up saying as a team, they learn from their mistakes.
Apart from that, we have communicated with our analyser Makaota Masiu, regarding the previous game where by Kaizer Chiefs FC won the game by 3-0 against Amazulu FC.
Masiu says Chiefs played a horrible game even though they won. He says Chiefs is far from being a team that will contest anything.
“I was watching our game vs AmaZulu again. No guys we are far from being a team that will contest anything.
“We are horrible when we have possession and we also useless without possession atleast if there were small glimpses i would say maybe there’s something happening there.
“Looking into the game against AmaZulu all the goals comes as a result of Crosses and Corners kicks. Ashley Du Preez individual brilliance came to the party it’s nowhere close..
“And we all know that I’m not saying we must not celebrate our wins but we must also be realistic and sceptical about expectations.” – he added.
Kaizer Chiefs FC will face Stellenbosch FC tomorrow, on the DStv premier ship league game. Chiefs will be looking forward to get points, ahead of their MTN 8 clash’s game against Mamelodi Sundowns FC.
