Top publications including Kick Off and Soccer Laduma reported that Kaizer Chiefs FC management will appoint Alexandre Gallo. A background research regarding this coach that you must not miss has been made and compiled by Austin Dithobolo.
Alexandre Gallo’s preferred formation is 4-2-3-1 which he has used both at the club level and Brazil under-23, under-20, under-17, and under-15 national teams.
It is worth noting that the well-travelled coach has spent one season at most of the clubs he has coached in his career and won one major trophy thus far as a head coach – the 2007 Recopa Sudamericana championship (Caf Super Cup equivalent).
Gallo spent less than two months in his last coaching job which was at Brazil’s second-tier side, Londrina EC, between March 30 and May 10 this year.
The former Santos midfielder and coach then returned to the club (Santos) in August 2023 when he was appointed as the club’s technical coordinator.
“I did a brief background screening on Gallo who is in talks with Kaizer Chiefs over the vacant coaching job.”
Apart from that, here is comment you must not miss as a Kaizer Chiefs FC supporter. This comment was shared by Calvary Best of Chiefs page admin. It follows;
• I know we all want good for the club and we can’t wait for things to turn around. But at some point I think we’ve got to know our place & calm down as things are turning out to be this way.
• All of a sudden everyone seems to know all the problems at Chiefs and its solutions I’m even talking about professional ppl not just us. As for us Khosi fans, we can’t be always angry and complaining. Each and every Tom dick and Harry coach that’s linked with Chiefs you now rush to tag Chiefs and write that they don’t know what they doing or their job? No! We need to calm down.
• I think we can’t be putting the club under pressure with the coach we don’t want, when that coach is gone still pressure and put pressure again when they in a process to find us a coach. Let’s give them a chance to their job and be supporters to support any decision they gonna make. Right now we’re pulling in different directions, ppl are crucifying coaches they’ve never seen before and it’s getting worse. Let the management do their Job.
What are your thoughts please?
