Kaizer Chiefs FC fans are still hurt after the wrong decisions that were taken by the referee Luxolo Badi on a clash that was between Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns FC, in a MTN 8 second leg. It was analysed by former referees, Ace Ngcobo and Victor Hlungwane that Chiefs was robbed two penalties.
The first penalty that Chiefs was robbed was on an incident where by Mamelodi Sundowns FC player Teboho Mokoena touching Edson Castillo, who had a chance to pass a net with his head. The second incident was when Thapelo Maseko kicking Mdudusi Mdantsane in a eighteen box. That game, Chiefs lost two to one and failed to secure the finals, due to Badi’s errors.
The Badi’s errors have cost Chiefs for more than five things that South Africa as a country was going to benefit with, and that include economy. The MTN 8 final game will take place in Durban, and the game was going to make the mentioned city standstill. Here are things that were going to happen if the MTN 8 final was going to be between Chiefs and Orlando Pirates FC.
1. Durban on standstill.
2. Happiness index of the country peaking.
3. Radio and TV ads.
4. Taxi rank debates.
5. Economy.
It is believed that all mentioned things won’t happen because Orlando Pirates FC is facing a team that bought success contributed nothing into our football.
Apart from that, Calvary Best of Chiefs page admin has broken his silence on Dillon Sherpard after getting Edson Castillo. Here is what he said;
• On this page, we’re always about positivity & giving credit where it’s due. Do you wonder how did we get our Casemiro, Edson Garcia Castillo? I bet you don’t!
• It was through coach Dillon Sheppard. Both Arthur Zwane & Dillon Sheppard went to complete their UEFA B & A licenses in Ireland, where they met other coaches and made friends.
• As you all know white people are well connected, friends Dillon Sheppard made in coaching school got themselves big jobs in big European clubs. Some of them are coaches but two of them are performance analysts in South American clubs.
• When things were not going well at Kaizer Chiefs last season, he then shared a conversation with his friends as he was concerned, they offered him help, analysed a couple of Chiefs matches, told him that he needs a DM and they scouted him a few players. They gave him 3 players & video clips, he then got impressed by Castillo.
• He presented that to Chiefs management, they then sent our people to Venezuela & Colombia to watch these players live, especially Castillo. And that’s how our South American scouting network began! Dillon Sheppard was Man of the Match! And indeed ladies & gentlemen we got our man!
• Thank you coach Dillon Sheppard! You got us a gem! You deserve to be the head of scouting department.
