In case you missed it, Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has revealed a shocking revelation about Kaizer Chiefs FC head coach Molefi Ntseki.
Speaking to the public last week with journalists, Broos said after joining Bafana Bafana as a head coach, he wanted to be around Molefi Ntseki. He said he wanted to be assisted by Ntseki in the South African national team!
As a reminder, Ntseki was coaching Bafana Bafana before joining Amakhosi. He played seven games as a head coach, he won four games, lose two and drew in one game. He was fired, and the international coach Broos, was hired.
After parting ways with Bafana Bafana, Ntseki joined Amakhosi as a head of Kaizer Chiefs FC technical and development structures. However, few months ago, he was hired as Amakhosi head coach, and Arthur Zwane was demoted.
Going back on Broos, some fans believe he is not the right coach to lead Bafana Bafana. Our analyser was part of those who believe in him, last time but now, he is against him. Here is what he said during that time, at Baxter was still at Cheifs.
“Hugo Broos is a high profile coach. Go and check all the teams he coached in Europe. Club Brugge,Genk,Underchelt those three teams are Belgian giant’s.
“He won the Belgium Premier League 4times he won 4trophies in the top division of Belgium. He has won the AFCON with Cameroon with young players.
“The Men has got a profile abroad while majority of the plumbers we have in SA were coaching U17 U12 U10 U15 in England or any of those European teams then you regard them as coaches. I don’t know why Stuart Baxter wants to argue with Hugo Broos.
“Hugo Broos is more successful than Stuart Baxter.
Hugo Broos won three League tittles in the Belgian top flight also won 5trophies in the Belgian top flight.
He has won AFCON. Stuart Baxter is not even close with only 2League titles from South Africa what is that compared to 3league tittles in Belgium?
“If Hugo Broos say’s Njabulo Ngcobo’s actual position is defender then he is correct. Actually Baxter didn’t even want to play Njabulo Ngcobo at some point but Hugo Broos didn’t give up on Njabulo he kept on calling him to the National Team.”
