Kaizer Chiefs alternative signings going into the January Transfer Window

Kaizer Chiefs have replacements targets for two missed overseas signings.

Kaizer Chiefs Football Club is already working around the clock to to get signings who will replace the target’s they couldn’t get in the previous Transfer Window.

It’s not a hidden secret that Kaizer Chiefs were interested in South African international Kobamelo Kodisang and they were close to reaching an agreement with Braga SC a deal that collapsed in the last minutes as agent wanted the player to take a different dimension.

Another player who was wanted by Arthur Zwane was Poland based Midfielder Thabo Cele and the Club even made an offer of around R2Million to his Club but the offer was rejected as his Coach wanted the player.

But SSNews understands that Kaizer Chiefs have new targets in mind going into the January Transfer Window period accounting to information we received Junior Mendieta is the most talked about player in the Kaizer Chiefs Technical team as they want him to give the team a different dimension upfront.

Kaizer Chiefs technical team is also looking at the possibility of signing Bathusi Aubaas or Sibongiseni OX Mthethwa as an alternative after they couldn’t get Thabo Cele.

Though alot of things go in terms of negotiating the Kaizer Chiefs technical team is optimistic that in January they will get two or three of their targets unlike the previous window where they lost out on three targets.
