The Cape Town City midfielder that Kaizer Chiefs were on the verge of signing during the January transfer window appears to have lost.
Chiefs came very close to signing Mduduzi Mdantsane from Cape Town City in January but decided against it.
Although Mdantsane’s current contract expires in June, it was anticipated that the Chiefs would wait until the off-season to sign him for Free.
Our source indicates that City are going to extend the left-footer a new contract, it appears that there has been a new development in the transfer saga.
“The latest is that Chairman John Comitis has said that they have spoken with the player a few days back and indicated that they would want to give him a three-year deal unless someone comes in and buys him at the right price,” reports the publication
