Kaizer Chiefs Technical team has decided to send a top attacker back to the reserve team.
While Kaizer Chiefs has been firm in terms of developing youngsters and giving them an opportunity it looks like Kaizer Chiefs have backtracked on their initial decision to promote Striker Wandile Duba.
Wandile Duba who was DDC’s hot property at the time go his Kaizer Chiefs first team promotion last season under the mentorship of coach Arthur Zwane but with recent coaching changes it look like things have taken a different turn.
Wandile Duba who spent most of last season with the first team and was touted as the next Collins Mbesuma by Majority of the Kaizer Chiefs Supporters has not gotten enough game time with the first team.
He is yet to start a senior team game since his promotion to the senior side and that has raised alot of eyebrows about his readiness for first team football though recently the PSL has shown significant rice in promoting of young players from the reserve side.
Wandile Duba has been mostly used in the DDC this current season and earlier today he managed to get himself onto the scoresheet after a year of goal drought for the big striker.
An official update has been given by coach Molefi Ntseki with him saying he wants Wandile Duba to get the much needed minutes and work on his sharpness infront of goal.
Wandile Duba will surely be working hard and looking to take his game to a further level in efforts to try and get back into the senior while there’s also an idea that Mduduzi Shabalala will also feature much for the DDC this season.
