Two Kaizer Chiefs goalkeepers injured as Molefe joins Khune on injury list
Teenage shot-stopper Bontle Molefe came into today’s COSAFA U20 Challenge Cup game between and Angola with his left knee heavily strapped.
The 19-year-old, who missed the game against Mozambique due to an injury, has joined Itumeleng Khune on Chiefs’ injury list.
This leaves Brandon Petersen and Bruce Bvuma as the only two keepers who are fit and available in the Amakhosi first-team goalkeeping department.
Chiefs will face TS Galaxy on Wednesday. Last season, Amakhosi failed to beat the Rockets who emerged victorious in their Nedbank Cup clash.
