Football Career
Baroka
In 2017, Mduduzi Mdantsane became a member of the Baroka Football Club, a Bakgaga ko Mphahlele team. He performed exceptionally well for the Limpopo-based team and was rumored to be joining Kaizer Chiefs, but he chose Cape Town City fc instead of the Soweto giants.
The 28-year-old played in 87 games for Baroka, where he registered 12 goals and 11 assists. In 2020, he left on a free agent.
Cape Town City
After leaving Baroka, Mduduzi Mdantsane signed on with Cape Town City fc in January 2020 as a free agent. He has made 27 appearances at the City so far this season, although he has only managed one goal.
He has made 102 appearances in all for the Cape Town-based team. He has 20 goals for the team and has also given Eric Tinkler’s team 7 assists.
National team
On November 11, 2021, against Zimbabwe, he made his debut for the South African national soccer team in a World Cup qualifying match. He has sadly not been Hugo Broos’ favorite and has not recently been called up to the national squad.
