The midfielder, who was born in Mpumalanga, was born on December 13, 1994. He is 28 years old as of March 2023, however he will turn 29 years old in December.
In 2017, Mduduzi Mdantsane became a member of the Baroka Football Club, a Bakgaga ko Mphahlele team. He performed exceptionally well for the Limpopo-based team and was rumored to be joining Kaizer Chiefs, but he chose Cape Town City fc instead of the Soweto giants.

Cape Town City
After leaving Baroka, Mduduzi Mdantsane signed on with Cape Town City fc in January 2020 as a free agent. He has made 27 appearances at the City so far this season, although he has only managed one goal.
He has made 102 appearances in all for the Cape Town-based team. He has 20 goals for the team and has also given Eric Tinkler’s team 7 assists.
On November 11, 2021, against Zimbabwe, he made his debut for the South African national soccer team in a World Cup qualifying match. He has sadly not been Hugo Broos’ favorite and has not recently been called up to the national squad.
According to Fm Inside, the 29-year-old is thought to make about R75 000 at Cape Town City FC each month.
His move to Kaizer Chiefs will undoubtedly result in the largest contract of his life, with a potential salary of over R250 000 per month—significantly more than what he is currently making at Cape Town City FC.
It is estimated that Mduduzi Mdantsane is valued roughly R4.5 million.
