In other news, one of our top analysers Senzo Sambo has analysed tomorrow’s clash between Kaizer Chiefs FC and Mamelodi Sundowns FC.
“My Analysis on Kaizer Chiefs vs Mamelodi Sundowns match tomorrow. Kaizer Chiefs will be coming to this game disadvantaged as they conceded an away goal.
“Mamelodi Sundowns is a team that never changes their style of play irregardless of the competition or stage of the competition they always play the same it should be easy to plan against them.
“One of Mamelodi Sundowns strength is that they always want to keep the ball that is why when they lose the ball they immediately press you to recover the ball in Africa there’s no team that presses like them the whole attack and midfield presses you it’s frustrating.
“However teams do not use this to their advantage Mamelodi Sundowns had the most fouls and yellow cards because of their pressing if you play Midfielders and wingers who are press resistant Sundowns would have 2 red cards in just 45 Minutes.
“Kaizer Chiefs probably have two youngsters who it’s not easy to win the ball against when they have it the only way to take the ball from the is fouling or they misplace a pass these are players you need to beat the Sundowns press.
“Nkosingphile Ngcobo, Mduduzi Shabalala and Ashley Du Preez are press resistant use them to force Mamelodi Sundowns to commit fouls i can tell you Mokoena, Allende or 1 of their Defenders would get red cards in the first 45Mins.
“But teams don’t utilize this the fear of Mamelodi Sundowns makes them play defensive players you find a team playing 3 Defensive minded Midfielders yes it’s good when you defend but it’s a waste of tiem.
“Because when those defensive minded players have the ball they cannot beat the Sundowns press which forces you to always be on the back foot and they keep on coming at you with waves and waves of attacks you eventually crack. Manqoba Mnqithi once said this “You know what is coming but can you stop it.”
