Kaizer Chiefs FC head coach has confirmed that Keagan Dolly will not be available on Saturday when Chiefs meet Royal AM, kick off at 17 hrs 30 min. Molefi Ntseki also revealed why Keagan Dolly will not be available, only if it is not mind games from him.
According to the confirmation, Dolly will not play after long term injury. The reason why is set to be unavailable is because he is still working on his fitness. At this moment, Dolly even gained weight and his fitness is very low so he must improve.
However, players like Ranga Chivaviro, Nkosingphile Ngcobo, Edmilson Dove and are available for selections. Dolly, Ngcobo and Dove are amongst Kaizer Chiefs FC who are yet to feature this season due to fitness level and injuries.
People, especially Kaizer Chiefs FC fans, they have been saying Chiefs squad depth is poor, and asked the management to sign more wingers.
Our analyser Makaota Masiu is amongst those who were begging Chiefs management to get more players.
Here is what he said last year regarding the issue.
“The reason i want Kobamelo Kodisang and Pule Mmodi is because i know what they are capable of doing.
“We need players who are capable of benching our two best players in Khama and Keagan Dolly so that no one finds it easy to just walk on the starting Lineup. Last season Sekgota failed to bench those two which means if we happen to lose Khama and Keagan through injury or even drop form also suspension we would struggle.
“Kamohelo Mahlatsi is a decent signing but definitely not on the top level required to bench Dolly and Khama he is a player i believe needs time to improve himself in the team and learn. As for Pule Mmodi and Kodisang they would hit the ground running both explosive going forward they don’t fear defenders it’s what we need in our team in order to compete for trophies.
“Pule Mmodi guarantee you five plus goals in a season Kodisang also not to even mention assists.”
