In this days, we see players who grew up supporting certain teams being in the squad of teams that they were not supporting at their early age. According to the latest rumours from different publications, Kaizer Chiefs FC head coach Molefi Ntseki is not a Kaizer Chiefs FC fan or he has grew up Kaizer Chiefs FC not being his favourite.
The discovery that was made, will leave many shocked. According to the rumours, Molefi Ntseki is a man who grew up supporting Orlando Pirates FC. However, it doesn’t mean he will not do whatever it takes for him to lead Chiefs in to winning ways.
We have seen players playing for different teams but giving out their best. Example of this players include Monnapule Saleng and Mduduzi Mdantsane. Monnapule Saleng confirmed that his favourite team was Kaizer Chiefs FC years ago. However, he has been giving best performances at Orlando Pirates FC. Even last season, he was given Player’s player of the season.
Apart from Saleng, Mduduzi Shabala confirmed that he was supporting Orlando Pirates FC. He even said his role model is Thembinkosi Lorch. He is one of the players who are loved by Amakhosi faithfuls due to his best performances.
In other news, one of the best pages from Facebook has analysed Edson Castillo.
“Edson Castillo is the most technically gifted midfielder we have in the squad. You can see that the guy was born to play football, he can easily become the best player in the team if he was properly utilized. He has a great passing ability, he can take long ranges, has aggressive tackles and also aerially dominant. This guy was going to initiate attacks with trivela passes all day long if they let him play behind the attackers instead of letting him attack. He’s a modern age deep-lying playmaker, but he has to lay deep in order to make those passes. Once you put Yusuf Maart in his position, he looses his role and runs all over the pitch. We end up fighting about him and Maart while he is playing out of position.
“Most of the time he ends up having to over-compensate by being all over the pitch because his natural position is covered by Maart. You’ll end up seeing him play wide or getting too deep into the opposition area because of the structure. He is supposed to get a good view of all the attackers so he can initiate the attacks. Castillo and Maart are two players that shouldn’t play together in the same game.
“Castillo could be an attacking hack, because he won’t be closed down like our attacking midfielders but he could still help us in attack all the way from the midfield. We should play a game without Maart sometimes. Just Mthethwa, Castillo and Dolly in the midfield. We’ll witness a different team.”
