Orlando Pirates are planning to acquire the Kaizer Chiefs target through a swop deal. Bucs and Amakhosi are both interested in this player.
According to our Sources, the Bucs have renewed their interest in acquiring Ashley Cupido, a striker for the Cape Town Spurs.
Bucs will even include up to three of their strikers in the transaction, in fact. In addition, he was recently a target for the Chiefs, and Amakhosi is known to be looking for a striker. They haven’t, however, recently acknowledged that they are still interested in the Spurs forward.
At Spurs, Boitumelo Radiopane is currently on loan. He is willing to participate in the negotiations with Eva Nga and Souaibou Marou, according to Bucs management.
“You know Pirates have one of their strikers in Boitumelo (Radiopane) at Spurs but they are willing to involve other strikers like (Bienvenu) Eva Nga and (Souaibou) Marou as part of the deal,” the insider stated on SoccerLaduma.
“That’s how serious they are about Cupido, you remember they wanted him at the start of the current season but that didn’t work so now they have reopened that interest in him,” he added.
