According to iDiskiTimes, Zwane has acknowledged that he has already selected the players he wants to recruit.
During the Chiefs media day on Thursday, when asked about Amakhosi’s potential signings, Zwane affirmed this fact.
“As a club, there are players that were identified that we want to bring on board. The club is still dealing with that just to make sure we get all the players that have been identified by the technical team,” Zwane stated on the same publication
The fact that they are trying to sign certain players was mentioned, but he avoided giving any names.
So, According to reliable sources, Amakhosi management has Junior Mendieta, Sibongiseni Mthethwa, and Siphesihle Maduna on its books.
Mendieta and Mthethwa were targets during the last transfer window. Sadly, Stellies coach Steve Barker declined all offers because he wanted to keep his key players on the team through the end of the year. The management of Amakhosi is now once more interested in both midfielders.
