Iqraam Rayners from Stellenbosch and Cape Town City’s Khanyisa Mayo are two long-standing targets. The attractive thing about both players is that they’re versatile and could plug into a number of different systems. Rayners can operate through the middle or in wide areas, whereas Mayo has the intelligence to be deployed just behind a number 9 or up top.
