The Scottish coach Stuart Baxter could return to Kaizer Chiefs after being parted ways with Swedish club Helsingborgs IF after being appointed in April this year.
After just eight months in charge of the Superettan team, the English manager kept them out of relegation.
The seven-time Swedish champions choose not to offer Baxter a new contract, GOAL reports, despite his outstanding play.
Stuart has managed multiple clubs in Europe and Africa before joining Helsingborgs. Supersport United, Kaizer Chiefs, Aik, Odisha FC, Vissel Kobe, and Victoria Setubal are among the teams in this category.
The Sowetan giants are currently without a coach for games, so “Mazinyo” might be the best choice to take over.
In the 2014–14 season, he was the final manager to win the title in Naturena. He was also the Chiefs’ MTN 8 and Nedbank Cup winner.
During his time at Amakhosi, he won 65 of 111 games played. When he arrived, he also brought Morgan Gould and Mathoho, the nest defenders.
Now that he is free, the Glamour boys will have the opportunity to hire him once more.
