Kaizer Chiefs Management set to extend contract of two Bafana Bafana players at the end of the season.
Two well-known stars will soon receive contract extensions from Amakhosi management. A PSL veteran and Amakhosi great will remain at Naturena for an extended period of time.
According to iDiskiTimes, PSL veteran S’fiso Hlanti and Amakhosi captain Itumeleng Khune are set to have their contracts extended.
Khune and Hlanti will therefore stay at Naturena for a few more seasons, this means the contracts of both men, however, are likely to be extended.
Both Khune and Hlanti are senior players on this team and the club captain.
Hlanti has been Arthur Zwane’s go-to starting this season, he therefore plays a crucial role in Zwane’s future goals. Khune is having difficulty getting game time as is.
Even with his contract deal, Khune is not guaranteed playing time. This is due to Naturena’s current preference for goaltending being Brandon Peterson.
Khune will therefore need to put in a lot of effort to regain his starting position.
