Two players from Kaizer Chiefs might be sent to the Cape to join Stellenbosch FC in a player swap that might result in two newcomers at Naturena.
Again, Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch FC are negotiating a deal. According to recent speculations, two Amakhosi players may go to the Boland region.
Happy Mashiane and Kamohelo Mahlatsi may be transferred from Amakhosi to Stelllenbosch FC, according to a report from FootballSA, while two unidentified players from Stellies will move in the opposite direction.
“Chiefs are set to transfer Mashiane and Mahlatsi to Stellenbosch in a swap deal to sign two unnamed Stellies players,” FootballSA reported via Twitter.
Kamohelo Abel Mahlatsi 24 years old is set to be transferred to Stellenbosch FC due to lack of gametime, so they want to transfer him somewhere, so maybe he can reclaim his position at the club.
Mahlatsi started his career at SuperSport United before joining Ubuntu Cape Town on loan until the end of the season in January 2018. He scored twice in 11 appearances for Ubuntu Cape Town, and was promoted to the senior SuperSport United squad ahead of the 2018–19 season. He played 9 times for the club across the 2018–19 season. In September 2019, he joined University of Pretoria of the National First Division on a season-long loan. He scored 10 goals in 27 league appearances for University of Pretoria.
On 6 October 2020, Mahlatsi signed for newly-promoted South African Premier Division side Moroka Swallows.
