Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has confirmed that his Club is looking for a striker before January transfer window closes.
Caleb Bimenyimana and Ashely Du Preez are the main strikers for Chiefs at the moment, but due to injuries, Zwane has been forced to resort to academy graduate Wandile Duba as well as search the market for another striker.
“Realistically, we’re looking for a striker,” the Kaizer Chiefs coach said as quoted by KickOff.
“If we get a striker then yes. But it must be a striker that will come and add value. A striker that can help the likes of Duba in growing, not a player that will just come to add numbers”.
“If we don’t get the quality that we’re looking for, we’d rather play Duba. He’ll grow and score goals just as he’s been doing in the DDC”.
