We After winning a game against Stellenbosch FC on Saturday, Kaizer Chiefs FC head coach Arthur Zwane has revealed how challenging it is to coach Kaizer Chiefs FC. He said his assistant coach Dillon Shepard and him, are going through a lot.
He says sometimes he does not sleep at all, he even found it difficult to get something to eat, because he still have a hope that he can help Kaizer Chiefs FC to win trophies again. 10111 said he believe no coach in the world is going through what they are facing.
Apart from that, talking about the whole of previous game, Zwane said his side should have scored four to five goals, but they failed to capitalise on Stellenbosch FC weaknesses.
What is your thought on Kaizer Chiefs FC head coach Arthur Zwane? Read about what the analyst Makaota Masiu says about him;
“Sometimes being confident can conceal all other shortcomings. I’ve been watching Arthur Zwane’s body language ever since the season started. I must say he looks short of confident. He does not look like a man who is in command of the situation. Even the greatest of coaches at some point have to put in their foot and show who is in charge. This does not mean one has to show autocratic leadership. But be firm in his approach.
“Moreover, Zwane’s reactions are always full of hate and misdirected anger. They are not encouraging. His substitutions further supplement my observations. Since that game of Sundowns he has been making 3 substitutions per game despite having the luxury of 5 substitutions per game. It is like he does not trust the many players on the bench. This then suggests that he is also quietly questioning the quality within his disposal.
“Lastly, As the senior coach it is very wrong to publicly question the player’s application when you have the ability to tweaker his tactics. He knew Du Preez’ qualities way before he was bought and so far he has not utilized him to his ability. Du Preez is more proficient as a target man and not a winger. He makes measured runs behind and in between the defenders. He needs to manage his players better before he lose the dressing room.”- he added.
Kaizer Chiefs FC will face Marumo Gallants this weekend ahead of Nedbank cup clash quarterfinals that will be between Kaizer Chiefs FC and Royal AM later this month.
